The company partners with airlines worldwide, providing flexible solutions to help them meet their fleet and growth objectives.The OpportunityWe are seeking an accountant (NQ) or up to 3/4 years PQE to join the Finance team on an18-month contract. Reporting to the Group Finance leadership, this role is a key member of the team responsible for the delivery of timely, accurate and insightful financial reporting for the business and its stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the preparation of monthly management accounts, group reporting packs and quarterly financial statements.Drive improvements and innovation in management reporting, including the use of Power BI and other analytical tools.Provide technical accounting input on complex transactions and liaise with auditors and shareholders on accounting matters.Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and efficiently, maintaining strong internal controls.Partner with commercial, treasury and operations teams to support transaction execution and reporting.Identify and implement process and systems enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, and a recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in a fast-paced finance environment.Strong knowledge of IFRS and technical accounting principles.Experience in aviation, aircraft leasing, financial services, or asset management preferred.Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI ; experience with Microsoft Business Central advantageous.Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.Please apply to this job advert if your skillset matches the above.
