You'll be the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring a positive experience and resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. We're looking for people who share our values and can help us bring our ambitions to life.What to expect from the roleKey Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media Monitor online reviews, responding to feedback to maintain a positive brand reputationWork closely with the fulfilment team to address order issues, delays, or stock-related queriesTrack and update customers on the status of their orders, including delivery or return statusResolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, offering solutions where possible, in line with company policiesAssist with processing returns and refunds according to company policiesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure all queries are documentedProvide detailed product information and assist customers with choosing itemsAny adhoc duties as requested by managementKey Skills & Attributes:Strong communication skills, both written and verbalPrevious customer service experience, ideally in an eCommerce or retail environmentCalm and collected when handling customer issues or complaintsCollaborate with other departments in response to customer needsDetail oriented with strong organisational and multi-tasking abilitiesEmpathetic, with a customer-centric approachProactive and solution-drivenWorking HoursNormal working hours are Monday to Sunday 8:30am – 5pm, working 5 days per week.
