Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the engineering strategy and oversee on-site technical control.
* Provide oversight for setting out, quality assurance, record keeping, and engineering deliverables.
* Coordinate and manage temporary works and lifting operations.
* Mentor and guide site engineers and graduates.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality procedures, and safety protocols.
* Develop and review Inspection & Test Plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
* Identify and resolve technical queries and RFIs.
* Drive timely close-out of non-conformances and maintain robust documentation.
Requirements
Applicants must possess a degree in Civil Engineering (B.Eng. or equivalent).
Some forms of Temporary Works Coordinator training and scaffold awareness are also required.
At least two years of experience in construction site engineering in a senior or supervisory role are necessary.
