**Compliance Leadership Opportunity**
Job Description:
* Lead a compliance team responsible for managing and overseeing companies compliance queries.
* Submit reporting requirements to third-party service providers as needed.
* Oversight of quarterly reporting to partner companies and complaints process management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years experience working in a monitoring or compliance role in the financial services sector is required. A relevant qualification would be beneficial. Experience managing or leading a team would also be advantageous.
* Knowledge of Irish financial services regulatory framework, legal, and regulatory requirements are desired but not mandatory. Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, interpersonal project management communication skills are all highly valued. Ability to work independently within an agile environment with initiative would make you suitable candidate.
