Technical Lead Role
We're seeking an exceptional Technical Lead to spearhead AI Catalyst Platform initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.
This pivotal role focuses on delivering seamless platform integration, CI/CD pipelines, and critical infrastructure to empower rapid experimentation and iteration.
As a key enabler for AI prototyping, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate development, ensuring speed, reliability, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Platform Architecture: Design and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient platforms to support AI Catalyst team initiatives, ensuring smooth integration of AI models and workflows.
* Infrastructure Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) for container orchestration, scalable deployments, and real-time operations.
* Collaboration and Partnership: Identify bottlenecks, remove blockers, and optimize workflows for faster delivery of AI prototypes.
* Technical Leadership: Lead the implementation of critical systems (APIs, orchestration, observability, deployment) to ensure speed, reliability, and maintainability.
* Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and rapid execution.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of software engineering experience, strong background in Python, and proficiency in RHEL or other Linux distributions. They should also possess strong communication skills, passion for AI innovation, and ability to move fast without compromising quality.
