Valuations & MI –
Operations Manager
An opportunity has arisen to join the valuations team
within the client services division of a top tier investment house. The successful
candidate will take the lead role in defining, analysing and delivering
requirements of existing and upcoming projects within the Management
Information & Valuations team and ensuring these are delivered on schedule.
Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Production of accurate costs &
charges statements within agreed deadlines
* Responsible for daily and monthly
primary control reports in relation to daily weighted performance
* Production of quarterly management
information analysis packs
* Provide support to the business to
enhance the product governance exception reporting process
* Maintain internal MiFID repository in
an accurate and timely manner
* Testing systems to optimise data
quality and documenting the process
Requirements
o 5 + years of experience working in an
Operations role with financial services
o Relevant 3rd level degree or
professional qualification
o Strong numerical skills - statistical
qualifications preferred
o Strong communication and
problem -solving skills
o A proven record as a strong team
player and experience of working to tight deadlines
o A desire to build a career within
operations and experience working on different
