Senior Principal @ Mason Alexander | Private Credit, Private Equity and Investments
A leading Renewable Private Equity firm is seeking to hire a highly commercial Senior Corporate Finance / Strategy Manager to join its growing Dublin based team. The successful person will play an integral part in all aspects of the strategy process, and will have front office exposure to the senior leadership team as well as external investors and clients.
Responsibilities
* Strategy, the successful candidate will drive a new strategy and will take full ownership of internal strategy.
* Front office exposure: dealing with the board, presenting to the board, dealing with investors and clients. Attending roadshows and fundraising.
* Key tasks related to project acquisition due diligence and project financing for investments across the renewable energy sector
* Responsible for all analytical work related to the assigned projects e.g., assessment of opportunities, preparation of tenders, due diligence etc
* Integral part of the team on all project matters relating to the investment, financing and financial performance including project finance; project procurement and valuation
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum five years' experience in a relevant role, experience in the renewable energy sector isn't essential.
* Transaction experience to include project debt financing, acquisitions and/or disposals
* Core technical skills including financial modelling, project financing and project valuation methodologies required
