Location: Ennis, Co. Clare
Contract: Locum Cover (Approx.
13 weeks, Summer ) Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Grade V Administrator to provide locum cover for a service based in Ennis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, person-centered team delivering essential services to children and families in the Clare region.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the multidisciplinary team.Manage correspondence, data entry, record keeping, and scheduling.Assist with service coordination and internal communications.Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience in a healthcare or similar setting, preferably at Grade V level.Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Flexibility and reliability essential for this temporary role.
