Our company is seeking an experienced Construction Site Leader to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction project.
This role provides the opportunity to work on a large-scale housing project with a top-tier contractor and be part of a team with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects in the area. Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting the Project Manager in managing the construction project
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress, quality, and safety compliance
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure timely completion of works
* Supporting procurement of materials and managing site documentation
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations on site
* Reporting on project status and attending site meetings with stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Prior experience as a Construction Site Leader or similar role in the residential sector
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations
