We are looking for a full-time office administrator and marketing executive to assist with the management and continued growth of a busy financial accountancy practice located on the edge of Cork City. The successful candidate will be an energetic, self-motivated and data-oriented individual.

Duties
* Front of office duties
* Documentation management throughout the organisation
* Update and maintain CRM system
* Implement and maintain systems quality control measures (SOPs)
* Deliver digital marketing and advertising campaigns to ensure new revenue and retention targets are achieved
* Design and create graphics for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website graphics
* Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and develop new social media outlets such as Instagram, TIK TOK and YouTube
* Management of PPC marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and Google
* Build and adjust strong product marketing content, including blogs, videos, and presentations
* Monitor and analyse social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
* Work with the team to ensure that all brand materials are consistent with our brand guidelines
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
* Assist with developing and maintaining the company website through WordPress
* Project assistance as required including the preparation of letters, PowerPoint presentations, infographics and business publications
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Managing daily office administration
* Supporting staff members with day-to-day tasks and answering telephone calls
* Manage inventory and purchasing for practice
* Provide comprehensive administration support to the senior management team
* Documentation control
* Assist with the administration of invoicing clients and accounts receivable function
* Management of post in and out
* Liaise with external IT support
* Prepare letters, presentations and reports
* Marketing activities including posting on company's social media platforms
* Be flexible in the role and provide general administrative support as required from time-to-time
Requirements
* A relevant third level qualification with minimum of 2 to 3 years of Previous experience in administration or PA role
* Competent at MS Office and diary management
* Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies
* Excellent understanding of web design and Google analytics
* Experience in Adobe suite such as Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
* Experience with Canva or other graphic design platforms
* Competent at MS Office and diary management
* Team player with excellent project management, communication, organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Education:
BA/BS diploma in business administration, human resources, marketing, or related discipline preferred
Excellent oral/written communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of the aviation industry a bonus
Experience:
* Administrative: 3 years (preferred)
* A relevant third level qualification with minimum of 2 to 3 years marketing, communications and practical experience in traditional and online/social media marketing.
* Strong knowledge and use of design software including but not limited to the Adobe Suite.
* A team player with excellent project management, communication, organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
* The ability to develop and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
* Have previous experience with Canva or other graphic design platforms.
* Carry out relevant research and present findings at team meetings using Microsoft Power point
* Experience in a similar role.
* Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies.
* Excellent understanding of Web design and Google analytics.
* Experience in Adobe suite such as Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
* Formal relevant qualifications desirable but not essential.
