The Supply Chain Data Co-ordinator is a vital part of the logistics and supply chain department, tasked with ensuring the smooth flow of data and information within the FMCG industry. Client Details Our client is a large organisation within the FMCG sector. Renowned for its streamlined operations and commitment to quality, the company maintains a robust presence in the market, delivering top-tier consumer products consistently. Description Working with a team of international colleagues, in order for the organization to plan and receive its inbound stock, You will be responsible for uploading shipment data into two IT systems (Source ID and SAP) and then generate purchase orders. Prepare, validate and upload electronic Mates Receipts into SAP. Complete weekly transactions in SAP in a timely manner. Working together with Shipping department and Accounts, you will also be responsible for data validation and correction of incoming data Profile A successful Supply Chain Data Co-ordinator should have: SAP S4 Hana experience Experience of MS Office Applications including an advanced knowledge of Excel. Strong attention to detail. Ability to identify and resolve problems. Ability to work independently and part of a team. Fluent English speaker and good working knowledge in Spanish an advantage.
