Our client, a leading supplier of hardware, steel, and plumbing materials, seeks a Plumbing Sales Advisor to join their Cork team. With over a century of experience, the company is known for quality, service, and a committed team delivering excellent customer care.
The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, assisting at the trade counter, and processing orders via email and phone. This hands-on position requires exceptional service skills, attention to detail, and effective teamwork.

: up to €17.50
Responsibilities
* Actively engage with customers to deliver an exceptional experience and high levels of satisfaction.
* Provide prompt and friendly assistance to customers at the trade counter and collection areas.
* Act as a knowledgeable resource on products and services, offering expert guidance.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best outcomes for customers.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
* Accurately process sales and returns using the company's computer systems.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in trade counter and "front of house" areas.
* Stay informed about new product lines and updates.
* Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Undertake additional tasks as required by management.
Requirements
* Knowledge of plumbing products is highly advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
* Enthusiasm for learning about the company's product range and services.
* Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* IT literacy.
* Fluency in English.
