As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for dealing with new and existing clients, helping them with quotes, renewals, and general advice. Your primary goal is to turn leads into happy, covered customers by providing exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
This role requires a strong understanding of personal lines and the ability to work collaboratively with a supportive and experienced team. You will be responsible for keeping on top of client records in the CRM and ensuring that all your actions meet regulatory standards.
We are looking for a confident communicator with a positive, customer-first attitude who is organized, motivated, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once. You should have a minimum of an APA qualification and experience in a personal lines role, preferably in sales or renewals.
