This organisation is undergoing a digital and communications transformation and is seeking a creative and technically skilled Graphic Design & Web Advisor to join their Corporate Communications team. This is a unique opportunity to shape how the organisation communicates with the public and internal stakeholders through compelling design and digital experiences. Your new role As Graphic Design & Web Advisor, you'll be a key member of the communications team, delivering high-quality visual content and managing the organisation's digital presence. You'll lead on the creation of engaging design solutions across print and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and accessibility standards. You'll also act as the main liaison with the external website provider, overseeing design, structure, and content updates to ensure compliance with legislation and best practice. Key responsibilities include: Designing creative assets for campaigns, publications, social media, and internal communications. Advising internal stakeholders on design concepts and visual storytelling. Managing the design and performance of the organisation's website, including SEO and analytics reporting. Supporting the development of new digital tools such as an employee app. Championing brand consistency and maintaining a central design library. Monitoring digital engagement and using insights to inform content strategy. What you'll need to succeed To be considered, you'll need: A relevant Level 5 qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or Multimedia Production. At least 2 years' experience in a professional design environment. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across print and digital. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Illustrator). Experience working within brand guidelines and delivering to tight deadlines. Knowledge of web design principles, accessibility standards, and user experience. Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital analytics tools. A full UK driving licence or access to transport to meet the requirements of the role.
