Senior HR Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Administrator to join our team. As an integral member of the business services team, you will provide effective HR support across all core functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the HR Manager to contribute and assist on HR projects and initiatives.
* Be the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries, including sick leave, maternity leave, annual leave, etc.
* Handle majority of employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork, salary certificates, pension applications, and starter packs.
* Manage the Induction Programme and onboarding process, working closely with the IT Team and the Training Manager.
* Keep the HR database up to date and ensure all hard copy employee files and records are updated and relevant documentation is filed appropriately.
* Process applications for the Government Bike to Work scheme and manage renewal of all Annual Tax Saver tickets.
* Liaise with local CSR outreach school initiatives and prepare standard documentation relating to landlord references, statements of employment, and completion of forms.
Recruitment Support:
* Assist the HR Manager in recruitment & selection process.
* Post job vacancies, screen and shortlist candidate applications.
* Consult with candidates and agents to schedule interviews and prepare interview packs.
* Manage the recruitment inbox, responding to emails and answering any queries in a timely manner.
* Conduct reference checks and follow up on completion of necessary paperwork ensuring due diligence.

* Excellent IT and technical skills: SharePoint, Bamboo HR, MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
* Team player with ability to multi-task and act in a confidential manner essential.
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
* Knowledge and experience of data management and analysis.
