We are seeking a Business Development Sales Professional to join our team in Tralee.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales of Personal Lines, Agri and Commercial Business. This role involves assisting in the overall running of the Sales Office to deliver a superior and efficient customer care service that produces agreed sales results while enhancing the local brand.
Main Responsibilities:
* Proactive achievement of individual sales targets through prospecting, up selling and cross selling of Personal Lines/Commercial/Agri business.
* Customer queries handling and referring unresolved/technical queries to relevant personnel.
* Ensuring all systems and procedures as laid down by the Company are complied with.
* Maintaining comprehensive knowledge and information of commercial product range and compliance requirements.
* Working flexibly within the Sales Office and participating in various office tasks which may include visits to local markets.
* Providing relief to other Sales Offices in the region as required.
Requirements:
* A minimum of a Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Previous experience in insurance/financial services would be advantageous.
* Sales/customer service experience is essential.
