1. Develop and execute medium-scale engineering projects with strategic plans that address customer, business, and technical needs.
2. Maintain alignment between project goals and stakeholder expectations through regular communication and risk management.
3. Conduct thorough feasibility studies and cost analyses to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Engineering, Science, or a closely related field.
* A minimum of 6 years of experience in engineering and/or operations, with a proven track record of delivering results.
* Demonstrated expertise in product or process development, with notable achievements in driving technical advancements.
