Experienced Business Analyst Contract: 12 Month daily rate contract Location: Dublin city center (Hybrid 2/3 days oniste) Role Summary We are seekingexperienced, hands-on Business Analysts to work directly with business stakeholders on delivery projects. Candidates should be capable of leading analysis independently and producing high-quality process and requirements outputs. This is not a management, programme, or strategy-focused role. Key Responsibilities Lead analysis activities with business stakeholders independently Map end-to-end business processes and identify pain points Gather, define, and document requirements Assess change impacts and support delivery teams with actionable insights Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure requirements are implementable Essential Experience / Skills Strong hands-on delivery background in business analysis Proven experience in process mapping, requirements definition, and change impact assessment Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating within a delivery team Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Exclusions Programme Managers or Analysis Leads Roles primarily focused on management, strategy, or advisory work
