Job Summary:
The primary function of this role is to ensure the maintenance and profitability of repair and preventive maintenance services for Stryker's products while adhering to quality system standards and manufacturer specifications.
Main Responsibilities:
* Repair and inspect electronic / mechanical Stryker products
* Perform annual check and calibration according to MDR on customer site
* Utilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records, access technical information
* Collaborate with the regulatory affairs department and customers to address product recalls, field safety notices, and field action notices
* Fulfill service contracts with planned maintenances
* Deliver technical training to internal and external personnel
* Install Stryker systems on customer sites
* Perform software and hardware upgrades
* Efficiently document service activities for internal and external reference
* Ensure traceability of all field-based Stryker products through reporting tools
* Provide technical support to internal and external customers
* Elevate opportunities and issues to team meetings
* Ensure timely follow-up on customer-initiated issues
* Verify that service provided is invoiced if not under warranty
* Schedule customer visits in collaboration with customer service
Requirements:
* Level 8 degree in engineering, medical electronics, and camera technology or relevant experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, MFG/Pro, PS3, Outlook, and other administrative software
* Experience in a Medical Field-Based position
* Background in medical electronics combined with good mechanical skills
* Experience working in a hospital environment and healthcare setting
* Administrative and technical IT experience
* High level of organization
* Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers to drive brand loyalty
