Our client is looking for an experienced
Deputy Manager
to help lead a residential children's home in Co. Leitrim. You'll support the Manager, inspire a Social Care team, and help create a safe, supportive environment where young people can thrive.
What you'll do:
* Support the day-to-day running of the service
* Lead and motivate a dedicated Social Care team
* Ensure high-quality, child-centred care and positive outcomes
* Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture
What you'll need:
* Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care (or related)
* CORU registration (or in progress)
* 3+ years' experience in residential childcare
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Full clean Irish driving licence
