About the role
As Bar Manager, you'll be at the centre of the action. You'll lead the team, elevate the service, and help set the pace in a busy, lively venue with regular live music and a late‑night crowd.
You'll champion cocktail quality, service standards, and a high‑energy vibe – while ensuring the bar runs smoothly from open to close. You'll also support bar food service in coordination with the F&B Manager, maintaining great flow and consistency throughout the venue.

Key responsibilities
1. Support the General Manager with operational goals and daily venue needs.
2. Lead the delivery of exceptional bar service in a fast-paced, late‑night environment.
3. Ensure fast, consistent, high-end drink service and presentation.
4. Train and mentor the bar team in product knowledge, cocktail skills, and premium guest engagement.
5. Team Leadership & Motivation
6. Inspire a high-performing team with strong, hands-on leadership.
7. Build a positive, energetic team culture that matches the venue's lively atmosphere.
8. Oversee rosters, shift planning, and staff performance.
9. Resolve any guest concerns with professionalism and ease.
10. Maintain smooth coordination between bar, FOH, kitchen, and management.
11. Oversee and support bar food service to ensure consistency and strong guest flow.
12. Contribute creative ideas for cocktails, promotions, and ways to enhance the bar experience.
13. Uphold excellent hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the bar.
14. Ensure full compliance with licensing and venue policies.
What you bring
15. 3-5 years' experience in a busy bar management or senior bar supervisory role.
16. Strong cocktail knowledge and passion for premium service.
17. Experience working in lively, late‑night or entertainment‑driven venues.
18. Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
19. Ability to thrive under pressure with a calm, energetic, hands-on approach.
20. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and late nights.
