Chef Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care and meeting operational standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Work with Store Management and staff to provide the highest standard of food preparation, quality, and presentation.
* Monitor and deliver the HACCP programme to ensure effective hygiene and quality standards.
* Manage costs associated with food production and wastage.
* Train and develop existing staff in new procedures and processes.
* Ensure regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in food preparation.
* Experience and trained on HACCP.
* The ability to cook from scratch.
* The ability to read and follow recipes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
* Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
