We are now seeking an ambitious and results-driven
Key Account Manager
to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a thriving organization and play a pivotal role in managing key accounts while driving business growth across Ireland and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and nurture relationships with existing Irish and European key accounts.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a strong focus on European market expansion.
* Prepare and deliver progress reports for customers and senior management.
* Build a thorough understanding of the product range to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
* Negotiate cost price adjustments and distributor contracts.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in account management within a similar industry (plastics, manufacturing, or distribution desirable).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
* Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and deliver business growth.
* Experience in contract negotiation and pricing strategy.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
* Full, clean driver's licence.
