Production Team Leader Role
We are seeking a professional to assume responsibility for the performance of a team and be accountable for all aspects of the team's work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for issues and seek resolution using the skills and resources of the team.
* Implement schedules, methods, and processes, allocate manpower and resources, identify problems, and provide solutions and improvements in their respective process.
Requirements
* A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrated knowledge and background in Lean Manufacturing principles.
* Previous experience of people management, including performance management.
* Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Strong planning, analytical/problem-solving skills.
* Prior experience with SAP software required.
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is necessary.
