Our client is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and organised
Accounts Assistant
to join the finance team of
Ireland's largest and most exciting entertainment group
.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll be a key part of our day-to-day finance operations – helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting the wider business.
This role is perfect for someone early in their accounts career who wants to grow in a fast-paced, friendly environment – and it offers the chance to be part of something genuinely fun and fast-moving.
Please note: Irish experience is essential for this role.
Role:
Handling
daily and monthly bank reconciliations
– accuracy is key
Processing
purchase invoices and expenses
– on time, every time.
Reconciling
supplier statements and general ledger entries
Supporting
month-end and year-end close
Helping with
budgeting, reporting, and forecasting
Keeping financial records
tidy and up to date
Pitching in with
audit prep and compliance tasks
Requirements:
A
business or finance qualification
under your belt
At least 2 years' experience
in a finance role – in Ireland, ideally
Confidence with
Microsoft Excel
and experience using accounting software like
QuickBooks or SAP
Someone who's
well-organised, reliable
, and can handle a busy workload
A strong communicator who's just as comfortable working solo as they are in a team
