Morgan Mc Kinley is working with a leading organisation undergoing a major digital transformation programme, and are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join their technology team.
This role offers the opportunity to shape and enhance a greenfield Dynamics 365 Customer Service solution as part of a multi-year transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE within Customer Service environments.
Build and enhance solutions using Power Automate, Power Platform, and Azure services.
Develop plugins, Java Script libraries, workflows, and logic apps.
Support the CRM Architect with documentation, integration oversight, and solution governance.
Participate in Agile sprints, reporting progress and managing workload priorities.
Maintain up-to-date expertise in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
Technical Experience 5+ years' experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development, preferably within Customer Service.
Proven experience with Power Platform, Azure Dev Ops, and Git source control.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Familiarity with ALM tools, Saa S integrations, and Azure integration design.
Experience with Canvas Apps and/or SAP integrations is a plus.
