Project Manager
Job Location: Louth

Inform3 are recruiting a Project Manager for a busy Civils Contractor for a commercial/civils project in Louth with at least 1.5 years work.
The successful candidate will work on behalf of a Civil Engineering Contractor with over 20 years in the Construction industry. They have strong family values and recognition for their staff.
Project Manager Job Role:
* Carry out thorough project evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary corrective measures.
* Oversee structural activity
* Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and ensure the site team adheres to them also.
* Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project status to stakeholders.
* Evaluate and select contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience and cost-effectiveness.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
* Ordering in materials
* Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
* Attend weekly meetings to update senior management, clients and directors on the progress of the project.
Project Manager Job Requirements:
* 10+ years relevant experience on infrastructure/civils projects
* Civil Engineer/Construction Management Degree
* Heavy Civils Knowledge
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organising and prioritising tasks.
* Strong financial understanding and experience in project budgeting and cost control.
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
