Job Description Aramark is seeking a detail-oriented Post Room Administrator to manage all aspects of mail and courier services within our organisation.
This role involves sorting and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing correspondence, coordinating courier deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will ensure confidentiality, uphold health and safety standards, and provide excellent customer service to internal teams.
Job Responsibilities Mail Handling: Sort, distribute, and deliver incoming mail and parcels to relevant departments.
Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail, ensuring correct postage and documentation.
Courier Logistics: Arrange and track courier services for urgent deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of all shipments and deliveries.
Equipment Supplies: Operate franking machines, scanners, and other post room equipment.
Monitor and order postal supplies (stamps, packaging materials, etc.).
Compliance Security: Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
Adhere to health and safety standards in the post room.
Customer Service: Respond promptly to internal queries regarding mail and deliveries.
Liaise with external postal and courier providers as needed.
Reporting Administration: Maintain logs of incoming/outgoing mail and courier transactions.
Assist with monthly reporting on post room activities and costs.
Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite .
Excellent communication skills .
Ability to work on own initiative and manage tasks to tight deadlines .
