This is a chance to take control of the people function for a rapidly expanding food manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement human resource policies, procedures, and programmes to enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives.
* Establish a positive work environment that delivers a progressive experience for employees aligned with company values.
* Contribute to the overall continuous improvement agenda.
Reporting to the Site lead, you will drive policy from the wider group business as well as working on employee engagement and building relationships within the factory.
Requirements:
* Third Level qualification in human resource management preferably CIPD certified.
* At least 3 years' experience in a human resource manager or generalist position in a medium enterprise ideally in FMCG manufacturing.
* A proven record of delivering value-added HR solutions and initiatives.
* A passion for people and organisation development.
* Ability to work collaboratively across a business with all stakeholders.
* People management experience is desirable.
