ConsortiaCo is seeking a
Head of Business Development
to join a small, high-impact team of digital consultants and growth specialists. This is a senior, hands-on growth role suited to a commercially driven professional who can lead pipeline development, partnerships, and revenue growth in a fast-moving, innovation-focused environment.
Core Requirements
* 3+ years' relevant experience in sales, growth, or business development.
* Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.
* Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
* Strong working knowledge of G-Suite and AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT).
* Clear interest in AI, Sustainability and Procurement.
Highly Valued Experience
* Understanding of public sector procurement / B2G markets.
* Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as ESG, SDGs, or B-Corp.
* Proven B2B sales or partnership development experience.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead business development activities across multiple business channels.
* Build and manage a high-quality pipeline.
* Develop partnerships with enterprise agencies, accelerators, and industry bodies.
* Support go-to-market strategies and commercial positioning.
* Contribute to the wider ConsortiaCo growth ecosystem.

Maynooth, Co. Kildare
