Job description The Role As Duty Manager, you will: Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Oversee and motivate a team of staff while fostering a positive work environment.
Lead both indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all participants Enforce health, safety, and compliance measures in all aspects of the centre's operations.
Coordinate group activities and events, ensuring smooth execution.
What Youll Brin Were looking for a proactive and qualified leader who has: Lifeguarding Qualifications:A current, in-date certification is required.
Industry Credentials:Recognisedswimteachingandfitnessqualifications.
Experience:Atleastoneyearintheleisureoractivityindustry(preferred).
Communication Skills:Theabilitytoengagewithstaff,guests,andgroupseffectively.
Outdoor Activity Advantage:Experience in outdoor activities is a bonus, though full training will be provided.
