Job Title: Facilities and Operations Manager
The role of Facilities and Operations Manager is a key position within the school, requiring a strong presence on campus and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, contractors, and the wider school community.
This is a full-time, permanent role that reports to the Director of Finance and Operations, with responsibility for key areas such as campus operations, health and safety, capital projects, facilities systems and strategy, and the management of relevant internal staff teams and external contractors.
The successful candidate will have:
* A relevant qualification in facilities management, engineering, building services or related discipline;
* Proven experience in facilities or estates management;
* Strong financial and budget management skills;
* Excellent leadership, management, organisational and communication skills;
* A strong working knowledge of health & safety and regulatory compliance;
* Flexibility to attend key school events outside normal hours.
