DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Educate current and potential users on the benefits and value of our products.
* Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound leads generated through our product and marketing funnels.
* Understand the sales cycle and leverage each stage to drive deals forward with small businesses.
* Respond to, engage with, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
* Surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets and appointment goals.
* Explore and implement new strategies to optimize processes, create efficiencies, and drive revenue growth.
* Manage and close inbound leads from both new and existing accounts.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native/fluent in German and English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
* 1-2+ years of success in sales (preferably in B2B or SaaS).
* Experience in closing deals is an advantage.
* Strong interpersonal skills: self-driven, organized, curious, process-oriented, and goal-focused.
* Experience with sales discovery, pipeline management, and forecasting for high lead volume.
* Ability to establish and follow repeatable processes for customer interactions.
* Interest or experience in collaborating with marketing, business, and product teams to acquire profitable customers.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to changing circumstances.
* Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
