We´re on the search for a motivated, ambitious and creative Jr/Mid Account Executive in Ireland ready to join our Growth Team based in Skerries.
You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
Your primary focus will be on help create & prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
Research & build new and existing accounts, conducting market research, and building relationships with potential clients building a portfolio across all cities in the UK and get knowledge of Alkimii across the hospitality sector.

What will you be doing?
A day in the life of a
Jr/Mid Account Executive
is hands-on, dynamic and full of learning opportunities. You'll be:
* Building a strong understanding of Alkimii
, our products and how they help hospitality teams improve efficiency and operations
* Supporting the generation of new business opportunities
by prospecting accounts through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls and sales tools, in close collaboration with the Marketing and Growth teams
* Researching potential customers and accounts
, helping to qualify leads and understand their business needs within the hospitality sector
* Assisting with discovery calls
alongside more senior team members, gradually leading your own calls as you gain confidence and experience
* Learning how to identify customer needs
through structured conversations and proposing appropriate solutions with guidance from the team
* Supporting and, over time, delivering product demos
to potential customers
* Maintaining and updating the sales pipeline in HubSpot
, ensuring all customer information and activities are accurately recorded
* Preparing quotes and sales documentation
with support from senior colleagues once demos and discussions are completed
* Working towards agreed targets
, with clear coaching, feedback and regular check-ins to support your development
* Building knowledge of the UK market
, competitors and trends in hospitality technology
* Collaborating closely with senior Account Executives
, learning best practices in sales strategy, pipeline management and customer engagement
* Occasionally supporting team presence at events or networking opportunities
, depending on experience and readiness

* Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach
* Experience working with a CRM, preferably HubSpot
* Experience in SaaS and hospitality
