Associate/ Project Manager, Customer Experience & Events (Stryker Springhill)


We are seeking a motivated project professional to join our dynamic team as an Associate Project Manager / Project Manager. This role will play a key part in shaping operational excellence at Springhill and championing a world-class customer experience for internal stakeholders and external clients.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving meaningful change. They will be responsible for tracking and reporting real-time project metrics, ensuring continuous improvement initiatives are data-driven and impactful. Additionally, they will take the lead in organizing and managing key events tied to Stryker Springhill activity.


Key Responsibilities

1. Develops, designs and establishes reporting standards. Prepare a variety of reports covering project portfolio status, resource planning and other management reports.
2. Provide summary reports and metrics to monitor the performance and efficiency of R&D/NPD programs to ensure that overall portfolio execution is on target.
3. Measure project portfolio performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques in order to monitor progress, identify and quantify any variances and communicate to the R&D leadership team.
4. Will contribute to building, maintaining and enhancing R&D systems, support tools and resources including the implementation of divisional and corporate web-based online and automated R&D portfolio, project and resource management systems.
5. Provide support to BU, Functional and Project leaders in developing and planning project schedules. Assist in the initiation, conducting and coordinating of studies and analysis on resource allocation.
6. Improve predictability and timeliness of all projects.
7. Ensure monthly Resource meeting takes place, and data is accurate.
8. Provide real value to functional, portfolio and project leads through accurate real-time project metrics and reports.
9. Facilitate a productive and valuable monthly resource review for BU, Functional and Project leaders.


Administrative and Event Planning Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide administration support to Leadership Team members when required.
2. Facilitate meeting agendas and prepare meeting minutes.
3. Create process letters, monthly highlights, progress reports, and other materials (e.g., charts, graphs, etc.).
4. Create and compile business reviews and other presentations on assigned topics or special projects as needed.
5. Inspire a purpose-driven organization by communicating relevant, timely, exciting, fun, and inspirational information to all employees.
6. Office management – Coordinate meeting planning, travel planning, event planning, and calendar management.
7. Assist or plan, coordinate and manage non-routine projects and events (training workshops, customer visits, etc.).
8. Organize/plan/coordinate offsite and onsite events and other team-related activities.
9. Ensure timely meeting agendas, travel arrangements, and logistics.
10. Manage calendar to avoid double bookings and optimize capacity.


Requirements

1. 3rd Level qualification in continuous improvement, marketing, business studies, computer science, or equivalent.
2. 2+ years of administrative and business/project support experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
3. Strong experience in project and event planning, with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent tasks.
4. Certified training in project management is preferable.
5. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
6. Ability to prioritize work and maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential records.
7. Proficiency in desktop and web-based office software applications.
8. Strong technical writing skills for proposals, guidelines, and procedures.
9. Ability to develop and communicate detailed plans and proposals effectively.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and ability to learn new software quickly.
11. Ability to understand and work within complex procedures and schedules.
12. Self-starter with analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
