I'm currently supporting the recruitment of a
Regional Operations Manager
to lead a high-performing team and deliver operational excellence across a network of last-mile delivery sites. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is passionate about driving results through people, performance, and process improvement.

Primarily Dublin, with travel to Athlone and Cork

The Role
As Regional Operations Manager, you'll take full ownership of day-to-day operations - overseeing everything from stock receipt to final-mile delivery. You'll be accountable for performance, compliance, and service delivery across multiple sites, ensuring the smooth running of operations and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, motivating, and developing operational teams across multiple locations.
* Managing budgets, costs, and efficiency initiatives to achieve commercial goals.
* Driving KPI performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
* Promoting a strong culture of safety, compliance, and accountability.
* Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to maintain service excellence.
