Job Title: MES Process Engineer
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work on developing and maintaining reliable MES systems, specializing in various in-demand systems. As an MES Process Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring high product quality and lean manufacturing within our Dublin manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform recipe authoring activities to meet process requirements for high product quality and lean manufacturing.
- Participate in testing and computer system validation of MES recipes and related configuration.
- Collaborate in creating design documents and validation activities.
- Develop MES recipes according to corporate design standards.
- Administer MES systems, including third-party interfaces such as SAP, LIMS, and DeltaV.
- Build equipment, manage materials, generate reports, and maintain inventory using Syncade.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
- At least 5 years of experience as an MES Engineer.
- Experience with MES system design, configuration, and application of business processes in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.
- Background in process controls and/or information systems within manufacturing organizations.

- Proficiency in communication and collaboration at various levels.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management abilities.
- Proven success working well in a team environment with adaptability to changing business needs.
- Familiarity with Visual Basic and Microsoft SQL Server is desired.
