Key Responsibilities Oversee daily facilities management, ensuring all building systems, services, and maintenance activities run smoothly. Coordinate third-party contractors and service providers, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and on schedule. Monitor and maintain compliance with PSA and NSI requirements, including preparing for inspections and maintaining all required documentation. Keep up-to-date and well-organized records related to regulatory compliance, certifications, service agreements, and supplier performance. Assist in quality assurance initiatives by supporting internal audits, managing controlled documents, and ensuring adherence to ISO standards. Manage all aspects of fleet coordination-vehicle allocation, maintenance scheduling, insurance, and compliance with licensing obligations. Act as the liaison with external regulatory agencies and certification bodies, ensuring open, accurate communication and timely submissions. Work closely with internal departments to address compliance, fleet, and facilities-related needs promptly and professionally. Requirements Previous experience in a facilities, compliance, or operational support role. Familiarity with PSA (Private Security Authority) and NSI (National Security Inspectorate) regulations. Background in managing or supporting fleet operations is a strong advantage. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain meticulous records. Confidence using Microsoft Office and facility/fleet management software. Working understanding of ISO frameworks (e.g., ) and the ability to contribute to system maintenance and audits.
