Summary:
Our primary goal is to create and deliver a fantastic customer journey at Lidl, from our Head Office to the shop floor and everywhere in between.

If yes, earn €440+ per week as a Customer Assistant on our standard 30-hour contract.
Your role will be varied, working across different shift times, tasks, and with different colleagues.
As a Customer Assistant, you will be required to sell alcohol; therefore, you must be 18 or over to work in our store.
Shift Patterns:
* Morning shift: Starting at 5am or 6am, your role will be to stock products and prepare bakery items for opening time.
* Middle shift: Starting mid-morning or early afternoon, ensuring store cleanliness, assisting customers, and working on tills.
* Late shift: Starting in the afternoon, serving customers, restocking, and preparing the store for the next day.
Responsibilities:
* Interacting with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
* Following stock loss controls.
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
* Managing waste and following rotation principles.
* Assisting with stock counts.
Requirements:
* Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
* Responsibility and reliability.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Team player.
* Previous customer-facing experience is preferred but not essential.
