Role: Pharmacy Technician / Customer Service Manager
Location: Dublin (hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)
The Role
This position is the primary point of contact within a busy, professional office environment. The successful candidate will be confident, personable, and customer-focused, providing high-quality support to pharmacy clients and guidance on a range of systems and services.
Role Specification
* Act as first-line customer support across a portfolio of pharmacy systems and related solutions
* Resolve pharmacy-related queries and accurately log all interactions on the CRM system
* Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
* Support field-based colleagues to ensure all outstanding queries are closed
* Manage the central support mailbox across products and service lines
* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers
* Answer inbound calls and take full ownership of queries through to resolution
* Set up new customer accounts and follow up with suppliers for required details
* Support training activities and internal departments as required
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related support role
* Pharmacy Technician experience is essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to engage at all levels
* Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure
* Willingness and ability to learn new systems and support evolving product offerings
