About the Role:
We are seeking an Apprentice Dental Nurse to join our team. As an Apprentice Dental Nurse, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a supportive environment. You will work closely with our experienced dental nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include providing chair-side assistance to dental professionals, maintaining accurate patient records, and contributing to a positive and respectful working environment. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in oral anatomy and physiology, respiratory and circulatory systems, infectious diseases, dental materials and equipment, and clinical skills.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and be willing to learn and take on new challenges. You should have a Level 2 English and Maths qualification (equivalent to GCSEs at grades A* to C), and you must achieve a Level 3 qualification following an 18-24 month training programme.
