A high-performing Area Sales Support Manager is required to help us increase our customer acquisition and revenue growth by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximising sales and providing analysis and insight into sales performance. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for improving sales and our sales processes within your area. Working closely with our branch sales teams to ensure we maximise our sales opportunities and deliver great customer service. Build strong relationships with our sales teams. Identify and deliver any required training. Improve our sales team by measuring them against set business KPIs. Develop and assist with introducing new products and brands into the ROI market, ensuring our sales team are informed and driven to sell with confidence. You will need to be able to identify new business opportunities and develop existing business within your area through well executed sales planning. You will also be expected to carry out local market research and monitor and report information about competitor activity. Coordinate and assist with the delivery of sales promotions and marketing material. Achieve growth in line with budget. Assist in customer visits, if required High level of commercial awareness To be successful in this role: Experience in developing sales. Able to demonstrate leadership, planning and organisational skills. Strong level of computer literacy particularly in Microsoft Excel is essential.
