Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Financial Accountant to prepare monthly management accounts, manage a team of accounts assistants, and ensure accurate data entry.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Prepare monthly management accounts for a portfolio of venues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
o Manage a team of accounts assistants to ensure income and costs are recorded correctly and efficiently.
o Ensure all data entry is posted on accounting software within strict deadlines to maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Qualifications:
o A minimum ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with at least 1 year of PQE experience.
* Experience:
o Strong financial reporting and FP&A experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Skills:
o Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
o Proficient Excel skills with advanced knowledge of formulas, functions, and data analysis techniques.
o Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
