Food and Beverage Operations Manager Job Description
The Food and Beverage Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our F&B outlets. This position involves overseeing and directing food and beverage activities to maximize revenue, profitability, and quality.
Main Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing strategic business plans to guarantee guest satisfaction, sales maximization, and profitability;
* Conducting regular site inspections to maintain property standards and recommending preventative maintenance;
* Coordinating in-house activities and package plans with the Head Chef, Director of Sales & Marketing, and other stakeholders;
* Selecting strategies to enhance guest service, food production techniques, and operational efficiency;
* Maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction through quality services and products within corporate standards;
* Screens, interviews, and selects potential Supervisors and team members for the department;
* Fostering effective internal communications through daily/monthly meetings with Supervisors and team members.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* 1-2 years' experience within the Food and Beverage Sector;
* 1-2 years' Hotel Management experience;
* Fully flexible as the role requires work on 5 out of 7 days a week.
