Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures for civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works.
Inspect site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, standards, and QA/QC plans.
Review material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
Conduct site inspections, raise non-conformance reports (NCRs), and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on quality issues and inspection scheduling.
Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation and prepare quality reports for management review.
Support audits and ensure continual improvement of quality systems.
Skills and Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Experience in QA/QC roles on major civil or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction standards, inspection procedures, and materials testing.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and reporting skills.
