Company Secretarial Administrator Role

The role involves providing high-level secretarial support to our team, ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to the growth and development of the organization.

* Monitoring company annual returns
* Filing company annual returns
* Preparation of company minutes
* Providing administrative support to our team members
* Attending meetings and procuring minutes as required

This is a key member position in our expert team. To be successful, you will require:
