We are working with a leading Irish law firm based in Dublin for a Senior Associate to join their Employment team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a tier-1 employment team, working on both contentious and non-contentious matters for a range of domestic and international employers.
The individual will advise on a range of issues including employment matters regarding corporate transactions, investigations, and litigation. The candidate will work on myriad HR matters including harassment, redundancies, absence, disciplinary processes and more.
Essential Criteria:
* 5+ years' PQE;
* Contentious & non-contentious employment experience;
* Technically excellent;
* Willingness to become involved in business development;
* Ability to make own decisions;
* Strong communication skills;
* Ability to work independently and as a team;
* Strong work ethic.
