, you'll help translate cutting-edge work into powerful tax relief claims that fund innovation and fuel growth.
If you enjoy solving complex problems, breaking down technical concepts, and engaging directly with scientists, engineers, and founders, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
Engage with clients to uncover eligible R&D activity
Conduct site visits and technical interviews with engineers, developers, and researchers
Translate complex technical projects into compelling, compliant reports
Collaborate with tax specialists to ensure end-to-end claim quality
Stay up to date with Irish Revenue and R&D guidance
Support claim submissions and respond to any technical queries
Advise clients on best practices for record-keeping and R&D process tracking
What You Bring
STEM degree or equivalent technical experience
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
Confidence in client-facing conversations and discovery sessions
Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear, structured way
Nice to Have
Experience in R&D tax consultancy or technical grant writing
Background in engineering, scientific research, or software development
Familiarity with R&D tax legislation in the UK and Ireland
Previous experience conducting technical interviews or investigations
