Executive Chef Required
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced executive chef to lead our kitchen team at La Maison restaurant.
* Manage the menu planning and preparation process in collaboration with the sous chefs.
* Oversee the mise en place and presentation of dishes, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety throughout all kitchen operations.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience as an executive chef in a fine dining environment.
* Professional culinary qualification or equivalent.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Working Conditions:
* Full-time permanent position.
