Applications Are Invited For The Following PostAssistant Lecturer in Computing (Human Centered AI and Responsible AI) (Fixed-Term Wholetime) Reference: 430a/2025The School of Enterprise Computing and Digital Transformation, TU Dublin is seeking to appoint an Assistant Lecturer in Computing, on a contract basis. This role arises due to the PANORAIMA EU funded project and will suit applicants with a strong record in Human Centred Artificial Intelligence. The PANORAIMA (Pan-European Responsible AI) project aims to expand the achievement of the HCAIM project by developing, as part of a European consortium, responsible AI courses suitable for non-ICT professionals. The appointee will play an active role in researching, academic development and delivery of courses, particularly AI and responsible AI courses and fundamental computing courses associated with AI. Duties will include teaching, research, academic assessment and academic administration. The appointee will participate in PANORAIMA consortium activities. The appointee will be expected to have a Human Centred AI Computing background allied to necessary computing fundamentals in a modern industry context with full awareness and experience of Human Centred and Responsible AI and its application in industry.Hours of Work:This is a wholetime post. In addition to teaching hours (up to 18 hours per week), attendance is required from Monday to Friday during the general working hours of the School and Faculty.Location:The post will be based at Tallaght Campuses, TUDublin.
